Description

It would be a great feature if the DMV:s for missing indexes could include a column for the plan_handle of the last execution plan that would have been using the suggested index.

OOPS! "...able to prototype..." not "...unable..."

Not sure why this would be voted DOWN! I'm always needing to know, in a complex environment, the handle that gets me to the query. It's great to know the when and effects (Reads, Writes, savings) but to be unable to prototype with a real query is essential, especially if the query is dynamically generated.

Dear Hakan,

Thanks for the feedback. We'll consider this for a future release.
